Nationwide Shipping
We are pleased to ship Fix across Canada. Shipping is calculated based on local carrier rates.
All orders over $75.00 CAD qualify for free shipping across Canada. Please note that this offer is based on the pre-tax shopping cart amount. If a discount coupon is used, the shipping rate is determined based on the discounted shopping cart total (ie. if the discount brings the shopping cart total below $75.00 CAD, free shipping will not apply).
Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery within the Greater Toronto Area for orders over $35.00 CAD. To determine whether you qualify for local delivery, enter your postal code at checkout.

Refunds & Exchanges
We stand behind our products and care a whole lot about our customers' experience. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To request a refund, please email hello@fixsnacks.com with 'Refund [Order Number]' in the subject line.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@fixsnacks.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@fixsnacks.com with "Product Exchange" in the subject line.
